Part of the Rock Collection the Layer Slice, 2010, is polymer clay, 2" x 2" x 2".

Layer Slice comes from a series of works made from oven-baked femo clay. Leah was building up layers of clay and then slicing into them, to create shapes. The action was an experimental attempt to teach herself topology of the polyhedra she was carving.
