We are offering a print set of this textile piece that Veronica Graham made.  The print comes as a set of two, showing the front and the back of the piece.  Below are Veronica’s ideas around this work.

For Hidden Industry I utilized some of the decorative conventions typically found in embroidery to portray my own shifting impressions of a desert landscape. The process is laborious and in order to stay engaged with the work I have to start with a loose intention and let ideas build up incrementally. I use both color and stitch work to show transition, working mostly with tight cross stitch and free-form styles of embroidery. For this piece I was particularly interested in the dual-sidedness of the fabric and how it can convey movement between obverse and reverse features of the same topography. Thus the two prints represent a sort of cause and effect; chaos in one for the sake of order in the other.

These prints are 8.5 x 11"  and are offered as a pair. They are printed with Epson Ultra Chrome archival inks on Hahnemuhle German etching paper. The sizes reflect actual paper size, not image size. The second image is what the textile piece looks like on the front and the third image is what it looks like from the back.

Each print is hand numbered, in an edition of 50, along with Veronica’s signature printed in the border. Each print also comes with a Certificate of Authenticity printed on the back. This print is exclusive to Little Paper Planes.
