Nick Almquist received his B.A. in Art from UC Berkeley in 2010. Some of his recent projects include a solo exhibition on the visual legacy of Arnold Schwarzenegger, experiments with animated GIFs, and a video collaboration with Bay area poet Ben Mirov. His current interests include past visions of the future, the cyclical popularity of aesthetic movements, and post-modern design. He currently lives in Oakland, CA.
