Carey Lin
Carey Lin earned her M.F.A. from the University of Chicago in 2007 and served as a Teaching Fellow in the UChicago Department of Visual Arts in 2008. Originally from Florida, Carey now lives and works in San Francisco, where she coordinates fundraising events for the Exploratorium. Carey also co-directs the artist-run Royal NoneSuch Gallery in Oakland's Temescal district and was a 2011 recipient an Alternative Exposure grant from Southern Exposure for Stairwell's, an on-going curatorial project that includes temporary site-specific exhibitions, publications, and related off-site excursions in the Bay Area.
