Los Angeles based artist Megan Whitmarsh uses the visual noise of pop culture to inform her work. She is known primarily for her idiosyncratic hand embroidery and textile work; Her work refers to the visual noise of her youth in the 70’s and 80’s. She has shown internationally including shows in New York, Los Angeles, Reykjavik, Tokyo, Bologna, Eindhoven, Toronto, Miami, Valencia, Brussels, Malmo & Barcelona.
