I am a freelance illustrator based in Brighton.
I studied on the Ba(Hons) Illustration course at The University for the Creative Arts in Maidstone, Kent, where I gained a First Class Honours.
I then went on to win a 'Best New Blood' award at D&AD New Blood 2011, awarded for my project 'The Cat Ladies of Czechoslovakia'.
I love to tell stories through my illustrations; to create atmospheres, landscapes and characters. A lot of my subject matter is often a little strage; it has a definite thread of dark humour running throughout it.
Since graduating I have begun to experiment with different ways of using illustration, so on my shop you will see everything from hand sculpted clay dolls, to screen prints to zines, to hand drawn decorative ceramics.
My primary aim is to intrigue!
