Hilary Copeland-Glenn

Hilary loves printmaking, particularly intaglio (etching), and also employs heavy doses of linocut, silkscreen, monotype, painting, scratching, drawing, collage, digital manipulation and sometimes hair in her work.

She often uses celestial objects, animals, puns, feedback loops, flower illustrations and Victorian and Japanese elements in her art.

Hilary has a BA from The Evergreen State College, transplanted from Flagstaff, AZ to San Francisco in 2010 and works at an awesome, we-can-do-any-printing-project-you-can-dream-up press called Logos Graphics

Otherwise she enjoys studying/using flower essences, singing, playing ukulele & piano, noticing women's work, watching birds quarrel in the garden, knitting, the metaphysical, internet cat videos, armchair cosmology and honey.

Hilary is formerly part of the LPP gang and her past Look-Books, blogs, Curated Walls features and Facebooks for the store can be found in the archives.

Her work can be found at printmakerhilary.com  (which is sure to be adding some new work with all of my new free time :) and her life wandering along (sprinkled w/ cats) blog can be found at printmakerhilary.blogspot.com as well as her animals hugging blog: animalhugging.blogspot.com
