David Readshaw Barclay currently prints and lives in St John's, Newfoundland!  He occasionally makes music as "The Diskettes" & "The Endless Bummer".  Additionally, he holds a Ph.D. in Oceanography and studies ambient noise in the deep ocean, having made recordings in the deepest regions of the Mariana Trench.  Other interests include adaptive signal classification, the natural shape of sand grains and methods of stochastic composition.
